Welcome to Basic Learning Skills, Inc
where we ensure that No Child Is Left Behind!

Basic Learning Skills, Inc. (BLS) continues in its fifth year as a successful, competent and reliable provider of Supplemental Education Services (SES) and after-school tutoring. BLS now serves students in grades K through 12 in 75 schools over a multi-state area.

The mission of Basic Learning Skills is to enable participating students to receive top notch tutorial assistance to perform at their highest academic level.

		There is NO COST for your child to receive this great opportunity to improve his/her reading and math skills.
		More than 80% of students tutored make significant learning gains.
		Students are assisted in achieving successful performance on state required standardized tests.
		Highly competitive fees are paid to tutors and lead teachers.
		At least 80% of tutors are subject area credentialed and hold undergraduate degrees.
		Tutoring is usually provided in small groups of 3 to 5 students and sometimes individually in the home, on weekdays and weekends.
